You don’t even need workout clothes to burn calories, you can do it just by walking. Walking is one of the easiest workouts to fit in your schedule. Park in the furthest spot or skip the elevator and take the stairs for an easy burn. Do it while chewing a piece of Extra gum and burn an additional 11 calories an hour.
