Baby Steps

Yesterday I did not do any exercise at home. I had a meeting at 7pm and it split the evening up weird. I was exhausted yesterday and this morning. . . but I don't know why. Anyway, my small change yesterday was to walk the long way around the building to go to the cafeteria and fill my water bottle. My work building is shaped like the number 8. I work in the lower left corner and the cafeteria is on the right side of the crossbar. Usually I would just walk up to the crossbar and across, but yesterday I walked all the way to the top and back down to the cafeteria.
Today I didn't pack a lunch and I had all intentions of getting a burger and fries at work. Once I was there, I decided to get a sandwich. Usually, I get mayo, bacon and cheese on my turkey sandwich. The man in front of me in line got red onions, and I thought "that sounds good - there were red onions on my salad Saturday and I enjoyed them". So I got onions INSTEAD of bacon! And I went with light mayo.
