Restoring My "Clock"

Many of you may know about my inner alarm clock and how I pride myself on not needing an alarm clock to JAR me awake each morning.
Since the time change last fall, however my "clock" has not been so reliable...and that usually means I oversleep by just a few too many minutes. This has either cut my treadmill session short or eliminated it altogether in the morning...which means I either make it up in the evening when my energy is at its lowest point...or I just skip it altogether...not good!
It's been a great solid week of NO missed treadmill sessions and I'm feeling GREAT to be able to move forward with a no-missed-daily-cardio streak! Woo hoo! Earlier in my recovery I was able to go for several WEEKS without missing a daily treadmill session! I'm hoping to be able to resume that once again at long last...woo hoo!
Although I haven't done as well as I wish in guarding my sleep time and insuring that I get at least 8 hours a night, I've made some improvements and I believe this is helping me to restore my "clock."
