So, I believe that today is my day 6...ya wanna know what i'm going to accomplish today? Doing and tracking my fitness!!!
emoticonand then I'll treat myself to a nice cold emoticon!!! Way to go me!!!

ps yesterday was a good day..I was really on track, I was ready to do my strength training, and then realized it wasn't a day for that :(, but here I am ready to roar today!!!
