Which of your healthy goals is the hardest for you to meet? Why?
This is the weekly prompt for this week...for me...i think the hardest is exercising regularly... it seems i never have enough time and/or energy... with my day already starting at 3:45am... and i am NOT a morning person.... well...mornings are out automatically...though i have been trying to throw in some stretches and small strength exercises.... and i am getting better at random acts of fitness such as parking further away than i need to, or dancing while i clean...so though it's the hardest....i am also making effort to try and moving forward in my goals.
