I'm just starting up on this site, but have been working out hard for the last 2 weeks. Trying to lose 11 lbs if not more. I really want this to happen, before summer. I want to look good in a swimsuit at The Lake of the Ozarks. My man loves me the way I am, even calls me skinny. But I still see areas that I want to improve and want to get rid of the extra little flab that I see on my legs and stomach.
I'm cleaning up my diet. Got rid of a lot of sugar. Just keeping the dark chocolate. Up-ing my fiber and protein intake. Drinking more water and green tea. Working out 30-45 minutes a day on different machine each day (no letting my body get used to any one movement). Also doing weights 3x a week. Looking forward to getting the Jillian Michaels Shred DVD and starting that. Might also get back into New Rules of Weight Lifting for Women starting after the weekend at the lake in Feb.
Just have to keep going. Getting rid of the sugar and carbs. Keep my ideal body image in my mind everytime I pick up a fork.
