I really need more protein. With my hectic sched. i don't see how i will fit the right amounts in with a completely non supplement diet. So.. tomorrow i am going to start adding whey to my diet. I want to pull in at least 90-100 grams a day. if i eat right, i should be able to pull it off with just a couple of scoops a day.
Right now i only have strawberry flavored whey. good for shakes..not much else. I was thinking of trying the ANY Whey because a lot people said it mixes well will just about anything. I definitely don't want to drink shakes all the time (or even twice day).
