Success! 7 Pounds!

It's official! I lost 7 pounds in one week!


Week 2 of South Beach Phase 1 is well underway. I got in a few more calories thanks to a cheap Chinese Lunch (sans refried rice...that was a sacrifice!) I didn't eat quite as many veggies as I normally would, but I still got in my 5 servings and all of my water as well!

But, I gotten back on track and I'm going to stay on track this time!

YEAH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
