Today was the first day I have been able to come in under my allotted fat grams. I am still about 100 calories over my calorie allowance but getting closer. It really takes a LOT of focus to pay attention to what I eat and get/stay inside the calorie count. I am going to just really focus on that until it gets easy, then work on the exercise more. I try to do everything all at once and then get really disappointed when I can't juggle everything. I'm too hard on myself which makes it hard to change--feels like another thing I have to be perfect at.
