Can't figure out how to post this on the message boards/blogs where I joined the challenges so thought I would post here so I would still be accountable.

Weigh in. Thur. Jan. 8,09--- 176, down 4 pounds emoticon

Walking: goal of 5 miles a week, from Monday through Sunday: 4.2 miles (just short)
