1st day of exericise

I have to say i'm extremely proud of myself today! I did all my sheduled exercises and i still have energy! I completed 6 floor exercises and 15 minutes on the elliptical! Just a month ago I couldn't last 5 minutes on that thing..I felt like I was going to just die. But today, I feel so good about myself and what I have accomplished! emoticon
