A co-worker of mine recently told me about a web site with ideas for recipes using rice cakes. I have found a few favorites and thought I would share the site. It is quackerricesnacks.com. I find the pizza one to be quick and tasty but the rice cake gets soggy from the sauce. I have not found a way to avoid this but it still tastes good.
