So I have a doctors appt on 1/15/09....kind of the official weigh in for the beginning of 2009.... I know that the number will probably shock me...but I think thats what I need to get back on the right path.... Someone gave me some great advice they told me it takes 21 days to break a habit... i've reversed it.. I have two habits I need to break...atleast for 21 days (social drinking... capt morgan and coke... and take out) I'm a very social person but i need to start doing more activities that don't revolve around those two habits.... Good habits I'm trying to break myself into for the next 21 stairs are... doing the stairs at work.... drinking my water during the day and walking atleast 30 mins a day...so those are three NEW HABITS I'm trying to set into my new schedule in 2009. I will blog on Thursday what the current weight is so I can reset my goal...but currently my aim is 20 pounds...... I hope all who read this blog are doing well !!!!
