I can't believe it! Today was my first weigh in after being on my diet for a week and I lost 5.8 lbs - I couldn't be happier. Thank you SparkPeople for the motivation and the tools to help me stick to it. I know that planning the meals in advance, recording the calories each day and the friendly support I received was so beneficial. I don't expect a weight loss like this every week but I am excited and motivated by the results.
