Bootcamp - End of Week One

When I did the Day 1 video last week, I was surprised at how awkward some of the movements were for me. Doing the video again today, parts of it were much easier, so I guess I'm making progress there. Will be interesting to measure this week's videos against each other as we go along.

Down 1 pound and 1/2 inch on the hips. Keep that up for a month and see where it gets me! Success comes a little bit at a time, but it comes!

I spent 3 hours on Saturday afternoon with the new editor for the rose society newsletter; I've done it for the past 12 years, and am now handing it off to someone else. I'll need to give her lots of help and advice, but the stress relief from passing it off and getting all the files, folders, and binders out of the house is immense. Plus, I'm now off the board for the first time in 20 years; I told them I absolutely would not accept a nomination for a board position for at least a year.
