not a bad day today i guess.
got in two hours of walking with ms. leslie in while r. went to the movies.
i had a really bad headache and wanted to quit as soon as i began, but i pushed through. i also was having symptoms of my heart racing racing racing. wow, ive never felt my heart beat so fast. within the first few minutes of the first video, i had to stop and get my breath.
i think it was because i had a sip of diet coke. im not really used to the caffeine any more, but every day ive had a full 20 oz diet soda...since friday, anyway.
guess its time to switch to caffeine free, or just go back to not having soda at all.
i know its not good for me but this week i was craving it so i got a 6 pack.
i also did a 3 mile walk with ms. leslie today. ive never done it before. the first two are fast walks, the second with jogging thrown in there, which i did.
(its only a little)
the third was regular pace.
i really like ms. leslie.
i found myself laughing through all of it.
when i got done, my headache was gone.
im going to put some exercise dvds on netflix if its okay with r. to do. ive done now every single one on exercise tv of ms. leslie. i will keep doing them, but id love to have others. and i have no money to purchase them.
weighed in today at 221 lbs.
i cant wait for the 2teens. it really just seems surreal.
um the mastiff is charging. thats never a good thing to see, but always is amusing with his skin flapping in the breeze as he charges after the lab.
goal for tomorrow: 2 hours walking with ms. leslie
1 20 minute bellydancing dvd
and one mile on the treadmill with strength training.
and, clean out the closet.
and i want to do some ab work tomorrow. i dont normally get on the floor and do ab work because i get dizzy when i lay on the floor, and one of the dogs will inevitably sit on me, if not both, but id really like to begin this.
full steam ahead for tomorrow.
goals are thrown down and in writing.
id hate to have to come back on and say i didnt meet them.
