Ok for those of you who saw my "big dork" post know that I was pregnant. Unfortuneately, I miscarried this week and am starting to get myself back on my feet. It was, for obvious reasons, a tough week but as is my nature I accept the bad and chose to focus on the positive. I am not of the nature to lay around in bed and wallow, I did, however, cut in bangs, eat a snickers bar and rearrange some furniture. Standard grieving procedure. (I checked the manual)
Tomorrow my Basic Monthly Challenge team starts a new challenge and I'm excited to start something new and get focused on getting healthy. My weigh-in this morning puts me at 175.8. Which is totally not accurate with my ticker so I should probably change that. :)
I'm not sure what my short term weight loss goal should be, I'd really just like to get the numbers headed back in the right direction.

Since the tone of this blog is overall kinda sad I thought I'd leave you with some of the good and positive stuff going on in my life,
I celebrated my 7th anniversary this week
I think my new bangs look super cute.
I like the way the rearranged furniture looks and...
one snickers bar is better than a box of dounuts right?! ;)

    Way to focus on the positives, I can totally relate, have had a miscarriage myself, decades ago, but just focus on taking care of you and your family and enjoying 7 years of marriage, these days that is quite an acommplishment!
