Boot Camp: Day 7 - Sore Abs

Whodda thunk it? I actually have muscles, somewhere under all that flubber in my abdomen. Today's Boot Camp Workout focused mainly on the mid-section, and Ugh, Ugh, Ugh, I Ache.
