Week one done

I have finished week one of my New You Bootcamp. I was motivated to do the workout as well as cardio everyday except for Monday due to a funeral. The payoff... DOWN 3 POUNDS! The exercises are not difficult so I don't know why the weight is dropping off when over the summer I killed myself to only lose 5 pounds.

    Congrats! Im doing the bootcamp too and lost 4 pounds...thats awesome!
