ive been waiting for this silence all night long..

well today was kinda off. wasnt sure when r. was gonna get up, so i didnt exercise because i got up near nine am. but when he went to do the treadmill, i got in 15 minutes worth. then, around one thirty, i decided that these "off days" when r. is home cant happen. everyday could easily turn into an off day.
so, i got up and went down to tackle the treadmill. until i realized hey, i can do exercise tv down here, too. so thats what i did.
i went upstairs to pee (i dont like the bathroom down there) and r. said that his friends were on their way over.
so, i cut my workout short and grabbed a shower.

fastforward to 5:30, when his friends finally showed up. i so could have finished my workout.
pretty irritated at that but whatever.
at least i got in something.

had a calzone for dinner this evening. it was tiny and i was actually stll hungry after that. so, duncan didnt get any.

i weighed in this am the first time at 220.8.
after i silently screamed and hopped back on, it read 222.4.
stupid scale.

i would like to be at 218 by valentines day.

im not worried about that since r. and i never give each other candy or anything.

    Oh, I don't think you will have any trouble at all getting to 218 by valentines day. I'm going to do my level best to keep up with you, but I have a feeling you are going to pass me up.

    How great that working out has become such a priority in your day!! It is really awesome that you got it done despite all the distractions you had to deal with. I would have been sitting on my butt, procrastinating and probably not doing a thing. You are kicking serious butt, Dee!! emoticon

    Hey Lady, I agree with Texx....I WISH my "off" days were like yours.....anyways, dont worry about not doing it all. You told me the other day that it is OK to just do a little....so I am telling you, lol emoticon

And, about the 218 by Valentines day? You can SO DO IT!!!!!!! It doesnt matter that you two dont exchange gifts or anything. Do it for YOU! Show yourself how much you love YOU! 218!!! YEAY!!!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

  I sincerely wish my off days were even half of what your off days are. My off days usually consist of eating too much and not getting out of bed except to roll downstairs and watch tv. Your off days you still get in some cardio. That is so impressive - and your scale is showing the results. You are doing a GREAT job!!
How do you like the bellydancing dvd? Is it fun? I'm always leery of getting aerobic dvd's....I got a couple and they just weren't any fun.
