well today was kinda off. wasnt sure when r. was gonna get up, so i didnt exercise because i got up near nine am. but when he went to do the treadmill, i got in 15 minutes worth. then, around one thirty, i decided that these "off days" when r. is home cant happen. everyday could easily turn into an off day.
so, i got up and went down to tackle the treadmill. until i realized hey, i can do exercise tv down here, too. so thats what i did.
i went upstairs to pee (i dont like the bathroom down there) and r. said that his friends were on their way over.
so, i cut my workout short and grabbed a shower.
fastforward to 5:30, when his friends finally showed up. i so could have finished my workout.
pretty irritated at that but whatever.
at least i got in something.
had a calzone for dinner this evening. it was tiny and i was actually stll hungry after that. so, duncan didnt get any.
i weighed in this am the first time at 220.8.
after i silently screamed and hopped back on, it read 222.4.
i would like to be at 218 by valentines day.
im not worried about that since r. and i never give each other candy or anything.
