Yesterday was a total wash. I did nothing. I didn't workout, I ate ok, and I didn't add any new points to SparkPeople. For next week, I should jump on the Wii earlier and just blast it. Fortunately, today is a new day and I get to work on my legs (Yay!).

    Thank you! I love Wii Fit!!!! I actually bought it for my son and girlfriend but found that I use it more than they do (laughing). With the exception of last night, I have been checking in and doing the body test each night after I work out in the gym.

    I think once you make the decision to buy one (and if you can still find them), you're going to be amped. If you get one, let me know and we can share our Fit Age.
