Day 5 and Counting!

I'm still managing to stay on the Beach....I'm still struggling to get in all may calories while keeping the fat grams in the target zone. But, add in some skim milk, and that usually does the trick.

But, I haven't been exercising...I just can't motivate myself enough to move. That is going to be the real the struggle for me. But, I'll be able to get in some movement tomorrow. I"ve got to clean up the house and get my closet/bedroom cleaned up. It's been so hectic, I haven't been able to pack up my summer clothes and get out my winter things. So I have to take care of that tomorrow. But, baby steps first. I got in two workouts this week; next week I'll get in four.

Things went well at the gynocologist. He was very pleased with the weight loss! And the scale there confirmed mine...I have lost 5 pounds since Monday! Of course, this isn't official until Monday morning and I step on the scale for the weekly weigh in. Right now, I'm hoping for another pound will bite the dust this weekend.
