Overall it's been a good week. I have a few days where I went over my calories but never more than 500. That's a major accomplishment!! I've tried out a few classes at the gym and mapped out some routes in the neighborhood to walk.
I would like to get to the point where I can gauge my calories without having to calculate everything - come up with meals, snacks that I know are within my calorie limits. Right now I'm trying to find out what I can switch for healthier choices.
Fiber is a wonderful thing!! I've used fiber supplements to help feel full without snacking constantly.
