Well, it has been almost 2 weeks, and I feel like I am doing a good job getting back on track.
I have been logging my food and points everyday, (except Sat. oops) and on the first week, my goal was to walk 15 min. 3 days and I did that, even kicked the 3rd one up to 20 mins.
Then on the second week the goal was to walk 20 mins 3 days and I have done that already this week. I even did 22 min Mile today. Yeah go me!
Yesterday was a friend at works Birthday, so I did have a small piece of chocolate cake. But I did log it in and count up the points. I have been going over everyday on my points, but only by 3 to 5 points, witch I have been subtracting from my 35 extra points. I will not have a lot of points for this weekend, but I will manage. I figure, even with going over on my points, I am eating WAY less then I was for the last 3 months when I was not logging my food.
I can not stress enough the importance of logging your food in!! You will lose so much more weight if you just see and know how much you are eating everyday. Also sometimes, you will decide NOT to eat something, because you do not want to log it in, or because it would be to much effort to look up the point value! Some foods just are not worth it!
So I think I am doing good. I will be at my first goal very soon!
