My body is getting back into it! I jumped out of bed at 5:20am, when the alarm went over. No pulling the covers up over my head, no snooze button. Got up, got ready and out the door I went. First had to check the conditions of the road - lovely northeast, we got hit with snow & ice again. No school for the kids but I still went to the gym. Took my time and made it there safely.

Today - 15mins HIIT running and then back/bicep circuit training! Went very well and starting to feel a little soreness in my back. All is good though!

I'm hoping to see some decrease on the scale this Saturday -- my eating & exercising have been great so here's keeping my fingers crossed!!

Tomorrow - 15mins HIIT on the ellitpical, 15mins ab circuit work, 25mins HIIT running. Going to be another powerful day!!!

    You're my inspiration. Tomorrow...tomorrow I'll get my butt out of bed earlier and get to the gym. No more laziness here either. Check on me tomorrow, will ya?!
