A new year is upon us and it's time to really get in gear to be as healthy as we can be. New for this year is that my family is joining me in healthy eating. My husband and daughter take nightly walks. My husband has cut out junk food and fast food. My daughter is eating more fruit and vegetables and water.
I have a diet buddy now for support and friendship. We are e-mailing each other and sending tips, advice & support.
I will be 50 yrs old on July 20th. I really want to be a thinner 50 yr old. I've been a size 18-20 for 7 years straight. It's time for a change! I'm taking one day at a time, changing my eating habits and changing over my pantry and refridgerator.
Hmmm, I think I'll go on those nightly walks with my husband and daughter. Now that would be a change for the better!
