Well am continuing on my journey and am doing well today. I have set a goal for friday and hope to meet it (am doing well). Have done everyday of the New you bootcamp so far and am feeling great. The sore muscles don't even bother me that much. In addition to the 10 minute clip I am doing a Lotte Berk Muscle eats Fat video every day. Hope that I see some positive changes both pysically and mentally by the and of my first month of steady exercise.
