Ok I didn't gain back as much as I thought I had since I fell off the wagon. Only 5 pounds. So now is the time to get back on track and get to moving again. And with my hours being cut at my second job what better time.
I started the week off not too bad. I worked on Sunday so I didn't get any excersise in other than walking the store. Monday I didn't some non-traditional excersise with scooping all of the snow that blew in around my son's disabled pickup. He needs to get that thing moving. That took me about hour. The snow was heavy and the snow shovel wasn't scraping it off the side walk very well so I had to get the sand shovel out. My three legged injured dog thought it was cool running in the snow and raising cane. I think she forgot that she had blowen the ligaments in her knee and she was supposed to be injured. She ran all over like she was some spring chicky. She also thought she should run and bite my fingers on occasion. I threatened to make her go inside but that went on deaf ears.
Last night I actually pulled out the Prevetion Walking video that I had gotten a few months ago but hadn't gotten a chance to check out. I did 15 minutes of the walking segement. Not too bad. I could definately tell I need to get to moving again. So I made myself a promise that I would do at least 5 minutes on the gazelle this morning and work in some morning stuff. Since I am not a morning person I thought I would take is slow. I actually did it and did 10 minutes. Hopefully I can do it again tomorrow. I am not much into all of the jumping around in the morning but having the gazelle set up and ready to go worked out pretty good.
