New challenge!

I'm challenging everyone that reads this to make a goal weight date for yourselves! You know we all want to lose weight....but did you ever think....that putting a date on your weight loss could actually motivate you to keep moving towards it? I did this before and it really worked out great for me....so here I go again!

I joined a neat challenge (after I made these goals so the challenge goes along great with MY goals) it's Valentine's Day Challenge 2009! Now if you look over my goals, they are to lose 5% of my body weight every 5 weeks! The first 5 weeks the average weight loss per week should be 3.4 pounds a week, we all know when a bigger person starts to lose weight, they tend to lose it fast due to water weight and shocking your body! So, the 17 pounds in 5 weeks will not be a problem! Each 5 weeks the %'s will change with my weight loss, it's still going to be 5% but the weekly average amount change. I will work my butt off (physically) to get to these goals! I will make this year my year to lose this weight once and for all!!!
