And I was thrilled yesterday by my new low weight in - imagine how thrilled I was today with a new low of 160.8!!! I might actually be able to see the 150's this month after all if this keeps up. I am finding that tracking again makes me stay away from the nibbles and just ones and bites and spoonfuls, which is a good thing when I'm trying to lose. Having a bunch of tastes didn't seem to negatively affect my maintaining, but it sure didn't make losing easy. Today's a busy day at work so I'm just going to get right to the report for yesterday. Until tomorrow!

BMR + Calories Burned = (1533 + 801) = (2334)
Calories Consumed = 1387
Calorie Deficit = (947) total 1803
Protein= 78 (good)
Fruits/Veggies = 6 (good)
Hours of Sleep = 7.5 (ok)
General Mood/Notes = New low weight! Today was a pretty good day, though I am soooooore and excited for a rest day tomorrow!
Weight= 161.6
