This will start my official day to begin to change my life and habits. I exercised this for 30 minutes, and it felt good to actually begin to start the process instead of talking about it forever. I don't feel tired at work today, as I have been in the past. I have decided to include a simple but major step in my life daily-DO ONE THING EVERYDAY THAT I DON'T PARTICULARLY CARE TO DO EVERYDAY. And I'm not talking about going to work, or anything like that-one thing to better myself-exercise a little harder everyday, complete an extra chore around the house, write in my journal,etc. I'm trying to get back in the strong mental state I used to be-MIND OVER MATTER. I feel that doing this will help me take back control.
