Personal goals for 2009

• Lose weight: goal is 10 pounds per month
• Become more healthy
• Exercise (30 minutes) at least 5 days a week
• Eat when hungry – not emotionally
• Be more active
• Learn a sport

• Do not call in sick unless it is medically necessary
• Schedule vacation/personal days in advance, when possible

• Learn sign language
• Learn something new regularly

• Attend church regularly
• Spend more time in Bible study

• Find volunteer opportunities within the community/church
• Find a hobby
• Be less negative

• Be more productive at work

• Be more fiscally responsible
• Save money
