New You Boot Camp

1/7/09 -Since I have started the New You Boot Camp, I decided to update my weight ticker. I'm at 245 today and can't wait to lose some weight. 10 minutes cardio was a good start on the first day and I will build on that. Once I lose some weight, perhaps my back won't hurt. A stability ball is on my shopping list.

    How is it going with Boot Camp?

    Are you talking about a group off Rt. 108 in Columbia, or an online group?

    I try to do 2 classes a week of Latin fusion exercise since I like to dance
    but I don't like just calisthenics. The class gets cancelled too often for
    me to count on it. I am thinking of changing studios as soon as my pre
    paid classes are completed.
