New You Boot Camp

1/7/09 -Since I have started the New You Boot Camp, I decided to update my weight ticker. I'm at 245 today and can't wait to lose some weight. 10 minutes cardio was a good start on the first day and I will build on that. Once I lose some weight, perhaps my back won't hurt. A stability ball is on my shopping list.
