It's time

Vacation time is over; I'm recommitting to myself and my workouts right now. I've allowed being unemployed and not having enough money to affect everything lately. I need to start with the simple stuff. Getting to the gym and moving every day. I can do that; I can cook good food and follow my to-do list everyday.

It's time to move beyond self-pity and start doing again. I know I only succeed when I put in the effort so the time to move is now.
