Back to sparks after miscarriage...

It's been a rough month... I have caved into eating for emotional reasons due to the loss, but I know that I need to get back on track... I am starting out slow- Jan. 1st I did 10 minutes, and this week I am up to 20... By the end of the month I should be back to atleast 40 minutes... Actually the exercise is helping to get my mind off of things, so it is really helping so far.

    I'm very sorry for your loss. I know how painful it is, we've had three of them. I hope you feel better soon and remember exercise is great for endorphins and helping you through hard times. :)
