I'm doing so much better today.. I'm drinking my water and eating my mini-meals every 2 hours. I'm scheduled to walk tonight when I get home - with my son (he's 12)...

I'm excited now, feeling like I can do this.. best thing of all, I went home Sunday night and my hubby was exercising -something he hasn't done in over a year... and needs to for his health...

I can't wait to see what tomorrow brings... one day at a time...

    Good on you! My husband is also talking health with me--and giving me huge encouragement. I've always advocated for "aerobics" during the sermon to keep us all awake!

    How awesome that your family is getting involved! And great job on the water and mini-meals!! You'll be dropping those 40 before you know it! The only problem I see with this: No one at your reunion will know who the skinny hot chick is... :)
