Time to try again....

Here we are, the begining of a new year. I started with SparkPeople about 6 months ago and did ok...but then I took one vacation and fell off the wagon. I have been out of a gym and not counting my calories for 4 months and all the progress I had made was for nothing. It all vanished! :(

Well it is a new year and time to get on track. In the big picture, I hope to get married one day and want to look good in those photos so one day I can look back and show my kids the young pretty, in shape mom they had.

Until then, my short term goal is to lose 10 pounds by Feb. 15th.

    Best wishes with the bootcamp. Hopefully this will be the kind of daily challenge you need to stay "on the wagon".
