Working out again

Tuesday, January 06, 2009

I finally got off my hump and started working out again today. I did a 2 mile walk fit Dvd by Leslie Sansone. It was hard and since I have had a Sinus Infection. I was not sure I could get through it but I did. I had been working out for 2 months and then stopped 2 months ago for no good reason. Now I have to start over with the pain and get back on track. I am happy that since I have started SP Dec. 2nd, I am down 5 pounds. With no exercising, that is awesome. Just think what I will be able to do with working out added to the list. I feel very lucky to have met some really nice people on this site.

That is AWESOME!! Sometimes when starting exercise... people actually gain a little weight... so if this happens to you... DON'T be discouraged. It's just muscle building up!

You hang in there to. I would love to be able to afford a gym membership but it is not in the budget right now. Maybe next year I will have the funds to join Zach Thomas's new gym here. I think it would be easier for me if I could go to the gym because working out at home can get old quick. LOL. I will deal with that and keep moving. emoticon

Hang in there! You have inspired me to at least walk for 30 minutes three days a week. I have had a gym membership for 15 years and might have used it a total of two months (lol). I HATE WORKING OUT! Always have--even PE in school was difficult for me. For various reasons, I am willing to work at it now.

Thanks for the inspiration--hang in there! emoticon
