Here I go again, after months away I´m willing to re-start again. Some big eye infection kept me away from exercise and fell in a kind of depression. Lost the motivation and gained pounds back, but I'm not disappointed, and yes, ready to go back and track my meals, do exercise (I'm in Curves) and blog to my old friends.
As McArthur said "..and Ill be back"" (lol)
