First day

I can feel it is not going to be easy! The first day did not quite go according to plan. I had to work very late and only came back home at 10pm.

Good things:
- i walked 11km
- i drank plenty of water
- i ate enough proteins

Bad things
- i ate too many nuts (3x what i had planned) therefore ate too much fat
- i had 2 pieces of chocolate when i should have had only 1
- i had dinner at 22:30 when i was planning not to eat after 20:00

Anyway, i am going to plan my meals for tomorrow and stick to it this time.
