The last time I posted a blog 10/31/08, that night got into a bad car accident and my diet/exercise kinda took a back seat. And because of that I put back on a total of 18lbs :( Still have to take it easy... However I'm back! Started my diet today & I'm really excited/hopeful for what the New Year has in store. My goal which I actually accomplished last year is losing 40lbs by July.
So I'm going to drink more water, no more than 20 carbs, cut out my daily coffee, and slowly start incorporating exercise back into routine :)
I'm so blessed to have found this site & supportive friends such as you.
