I had a big dinner at a Chinese restaurant yesterday with lots of fried rice and pan fried general's chicken. I'm also a day behind on my exercise goals and nursing a cold, feeling kind of hesitant to get started.
BUT I can still do it. I am not going to throw all my resolutions to the wind just because I got side tracked. Today is going to be a day where I am on task, beating the crap out of the to do list and catching up.
I really want to drop weight for the upcoming horse back riding season. I want to drop weight so I can feel better about the way I look.
In order to catch up tonight I must do my cleaning tasks quickly, do my day one and day two bootcamp workouts and a gentle 30 min. cardio session, that's kind of a tall order so I'll have to see how I feel. In order to prepare for that workout I'm going to start ingesting fluids now because that's the best thing I can do for my cold symptoms at the moment. After my quick clean up and exercise I need to do a web design task. Dinner will take place in there as well.
I'd like to establish a plan for each day and a routine that fits into a realistic time table. This is still in progress.
