Going for it, full force

Ok, so today I am starting my push to lose the last of my weight (I think I'll be happy somewhere between 13-30 lbs from now, we shall see). The plan is:
-Back to tracking my food, all days. On the weekends, I can have a little more but it has to be tracked.
-Back to doing my daily reports. It was a little tedious but I think it helped me to keep tabs on how well I was doing and adjust if necessary.
-Back to weighing every day. Good, bad, ugly, I did the best when I got on the scale every morning.
-Eat at home as much as possible. Now that I live within a few minutes of work, I really don't need to go out.
-Do whatever I need to do to get my momentum back. I've experienced maintenance, and now I want more than anything to stop needing to lose weight and be able to do that forever. It's really nice to simply eat enough to fuel my body, and in a way that makes my body feel good and not worry about counting every little calorie.

The reports will look like this:
BMR + Calories Burned = (1533 + 0) = (1533)
Calories Consumed =
Calorie Deficit = ()
Fruits/Veggies =
Hours of Sleep =
General Mood/Notes =

I'll add/subtract/adjust as necessary but I think that should do it. I am so ready to do this! I would love to get back to losing 5 lbs per month again - should only take me 6 months max to get through this and on to maintenance. Lets see how it goes. My official start weight this morning is 163.0 so if I could end January at 158.0 I would be so happy!

    Congrats!! What a day, both officially a motivator and a great new low weight! Super Super! You are doing so well! And hey, I understand about the goodies in the house. Cherry candy canes sound way yummy, too! Glad you're week is working for you!
