I have a bad shoulder and the Jumping Jacks brought back the pain. I didn't want anyone worried about me needlessly. But I am finally able to move the arm so much more freely and just cannot see chancing injury.
I had wondered if I could do Jumping Jacks - now I know. Who would have thought the jumping would be ok but not the arm movements?!
Add to that all the confusion of which steps and when and I just got overwhelmed. Then I took a peek at today's video and I have enough trouble on both legs, really afraid of injuring my knee if I do the exercise on one leg. I can barely complete the set as it is and I do the Wall Squats with Ball.
I do feel like a coward and a sissy but I cannot afford to get hurt - I have 2 old men counting on me to be their aides, my dad and DH. 85 and 87 respectively.
But I am going to peek at and try every video. I am in the last leg of my journey and need to get the weight moving again. I am stuck in 142-ville.
The good news is how many people tell me "you are there" when I tell them I am getting closer to my goal. It feels good but I still have a mirror and I know how to use it.
