January is the time for fresh goals and fresh motivation. This year is no different. After hitting a plateau, my motivation disappeared. I adopted some good habits last year and I lost 10 lbs. Now it is time to renew those habits and start some new ones. I bought a new scale and got totally confused on my weight. I decided to start the SparkPeople program over again with new goals and new motivation. I went back to FastBreak and wiped my goal tracking clean. Weighed in on the new scale and will use that as my guide.
