I'm in my team's Low Carb Induction Bootcamp and SparkPeople's New You Bootcamp. They really compliment each other, except when coach Nichole issues challenges to eat 3 fruits! LOL ! I don't like tomatoes or I'd eat 3 of those! Instead, I'll just eat 3 veggies, which are better for you anyway than all that sugar causing an insulin surge. Insulin is the hormone that causes fat storage. So, my adaptation is three low carb veggies. Coach will just have to live with that.
