I am going to finish what I've started this year!
I'm going to reach my goal weight!
I'm going to run a 10k this year!
I'm going to get all A's in my classes this year!
I'm going to eat my 25 grams of fiber everyday!
I am motivated and ready to go. I was doing really well since September and managed to lose 20 pounds. I was able to increase my workout times and distances. Then the holiday hit and my husband came home for 3 weeks and my strict routine went out the window. I moved and was eating late and eating fast food so I lost some of my stamina. But no more excuses now. I have worked too hard for the last 4 months to throw it all away. This year is my year!!
