New You Bootcamp

Today is the first day of the Sparkpeople.com New YOU Bootcamp. I've completed the cardio video for the day. I wanted to use this blog to outline my goals for the bootcamp.
*Complete exercise video and cardio requirements each day.
*Be able to jog for 25 minutes without stopping.
*Be able to move my weight traker down to 147 lbs. from 150 lbs.
If I meet two of the three goals I will buy myself new exercise clothes.
