I totally fell off the wagon over the holidays....I am picking myself up and moving forward...I think it was a mix of all the holiday treats and our crazy cold winters here in ND...I was doing well before the snow hit and then it all fell apart...but I am over the slump and moving on and will and CAN do this in 2009...I had a good 2008...I got married...stopped smoking and made new friends and support ppl I wouldn't trade for the world!! Now in 2009 I will lose this weight..Because I am DONE being the fat girl!!!

I gained a few thru the holidays myself. But so far, 2009 has been great to me!

Grab hold of my hand and we will climb back on that wagon together. I fell off too but I gave myself permission to do so. Now that the holidays are over it is back to work. We can do it together.

    Congratulations on getting married.

Sorry about the ND part. I live in Missouri so we get cold and warm days. Yesterday was 68 degrees but today is 25.

Well miss ND... I am from Manitoba.. so I totally *get* what you mean. LOL I just want to warn you... Twinkies are only after one thing... and it's not your brain, it's your hips and thighs lol... so it's better not to surround yourself by them. You have many things to be proud of... so believe in yourself and KNOW that you can do this!
