1. I will give at least 5 hugs each day.
2. I will learn to do the splits. (ballet class?)
3. I will mindfully exercise 5 days each week.
4. I will track my expenses daily.
5. I will take at least one quilting class.
6. I will finish at least 3 quilts this year.
7. I will log on to Sparkpeople each day.
8. I will continue taking lunch and snack to school at least 3 days each week.
9. I will cook dinner at least twice each week.
10. I will organize and maintain a system for dealing with paper in the office.
11. I will do mindful lesson planning and documentation at least 2 days a week.
12. I will clean for 15 min. each day, at least three days a week.
13. I will learn to ask directly for what I want.
14. I will conquer my fear of saying no.
